Client: Bench Accounting
Overview: Do-it-yourself bookkeeping is not only a major time drain, but a significant mental burden for small business owners. This Brand campaign for Bench Accounting plays into the mental burden pain point by creating a visual reality where thoughts and objects are transformed into a world overtaken by finances. Fully conceptualized by the in-house creative team, a photographer was recruited to help create a stylized photoshoot that reflected how Bench can help.
Role: I was the project manager from the Brand team. I oversaw the production schedule and ensured deliverables were complete on time and within budget. I also supported with vendor sourcing, onboarding, and contract negotiation.

Client: Rogers Communications & Fido
Overview: Sharespace was a company-wide national workplace transformation project, turning existing offices into an open concept, flexible workspace for Rogers employees. The Place Bonaventure in Montreal is home to the Fido team and there was a specific brief for our creative team. We needed to reflect the culture of Quebec and include colorful, bright and fun imagery to bring the space to life.
Role: I was the lead project manager from the Creative Services team on the Sharepsace program and oversaw 30+ individual transformation projects over the course of 4 years. I worked closely with our graphic designers, corporate real estate clients, construction, architecture and interior design firms. I developed the Project Management training manual for the Creative Services team to ensure consistency across executions.

Client: Canadian Football League
Overview: A VIA Rail train was retrofitted for a 10 week journey across Canada, celebrating the league’s 100th Grey Cup game in November 2012. One car featured the Grey Cup and an opportunity for a fan photo, while another was modelled after a locker room, showcasing the CFL’s top players. We also created a CFL History exhibit, with memorabilia and interesting facts about the league. Our experiential marketing team executed 110 events in 10 weeks across the country for this campaign.
Role: I was the Account Coordinator for GMR Marketing, the lead experiential agency. I collaborated with clients and partners on train interior build and design. I designed and executed the layouts for all 48 event sites. I oversaw all communications for city officials. I also supported with copywriting and proofreading for the CFL History car narrative.
